Thank you for your interest in Southeastern Executive Health. We are a local Psychiatric Practice staffed by Dr. David H. Clements and Lori Albright CRNP. 

 

We have had conversations with Dr. Dunbar, and are hoping to be of assistance in transitioning your care smoothly and easily. Our primary concerns are patient outcomes and quality of life, and to that point we are offering specific assistance in the following ways.

 

1. Please use this site to contact our office and start the intake process.

2. We will bill our intake appointment (1 hour) as a follow up appointment

3. We will keep your current follow up rate the same until 2027

4. We will work closely with Dr. Dunbar to request records, and discuss cases, in order to provide the best possible continued care.

Dr. Clements and Lori Albright CRNP work closely with every patient. Dr. Clements is dual boarded in Adult and Addiction Psychiatry, and founded Southeastern Executive Health in 2017. Lori Albright practiced psychiatry at Belmont Inpatient facility for over a decade before practicing outpatient psychiatry at Footprints IOP for 5 years prior to joining SeeHealth in 2020.

You can request either Dr. Clements or Lori Albright, or you can request the first available appointment. Lori Albright is able to work later in the afternoon and evenings, as Dr. Clements is done at 3pm each day to work as Dr. Dad at home with his two young children.

 

If you prefer in-person appointments, Dr. Clements is in the office 5 days a week. Lori Albright sees patients in the office once a week, and via televideo the rest of the week.
